We were initially contacted by a local property owner operating across Nottingham and Derbyshire to complete decorating works on three student rental properties. Each property required a full internal repaint, with all three houses needing to be completed within a tight four-day turnaround.
The project required careful planning, efficient working and a reliable finish that could stand up to the demands of student accommodation. Our team worked quickly and methodically to complete the properties on schedule, ensuring each house was left clean, presentable and ready for new tenants.
Following the successful completion of these works, and as a result of the high standard delivered within the agreed timescale, we were then asked to carry out further decorating across the client’s wider property portfolio.
This included additional work in Wells-next-the-Sea, where the coastal location presented a different set of challenges. External properties in seafront areas are exposed to salt, wind, rain and storm damage, meaning standard exterior paint is not always suitable. For these works, we used specialist paints and protective coatings designed to withstand harsher coastal conditions and provide longer-lasting protection for the building exterior.
The project demonstrates our ability to work to strict deadlines, adapt to different property types and provide appropriate decorating solutions for both internal rental properties and exposed external environments.
